We all know that calories don't count on vacation, but once you see our fitness center, you'll want to burn a few. Our state-of-the-art, 24/7 gym invites guests to sweat out last night's rum tasting or add some namaste to their stay on our outdoor yoga terrace. Glittering ocean views from our floor-to-ceiling windows inspire you to jump on one of our treadmills or Echelon bikes while you plan out your adventures for the day. From our group classes to our free weights to our ballet bar, this isn't your average resort gym.

Group Fitness Class

Hatha Yoga

Wed & Sat, 8:30 a.m. – 9:30 a.m.

Focuses on connecting movement with the breath to help bring balance and improve body self-awareness. This class incorporates breathing techniques, warming up the body, and slower-paced movements focusing on alignment, strength, balance, and flexibility. This class is designed for all levels, with variations of each pose to make the practice your own.

Yin Yoga

Thu, 4:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.

This is a meditative approach to yoga, allowing you to slow down, relax, and turn your attention inward. This practice targets the connective tissues – tendons, fascia, and ligaments – to increase joint circulation and improve flexibility. Poses are held for 3-5 minutes to find stillness and focus on your breath.
