At Kimpton Grand Roatán Resort & Spa, we honor the indigenous Pesh ethnic group that calls northeast Honduras home. Our spa pays tribute to their ancient traditions, including its name, meaning "The White City" in the Pesh language. Kao Kamasa Spa’s serene spaces are outfitted with Pesh artifacts and designs, while our treatments incorporate culturally significant numbers, rituals, and precious stones. Handcrafted Pesh items are also available for purchase in our Spa retail shop, in support of the Pesh.
