Visionary chefs Alexander Herrera and Gracia Navarro are redefining contemporary Salvadoran cuisine through their acclaimed restaurant El Xolo. Since 2022, El Xolo has been the only Salvadoran restaurant featured on Latin America’s 50 Best Restaurants, earning a Knife at The Best Chef Awards 2025 and being named Best Restaurant in El Salvador in 2024.
